Our Lt Governor in Texas (the #2 who holds all the power over the state legislature) said this. For those who don’t know, he’s an attention whore that started as a sportscaster and painted the local CBS news set Houston Oilers Columbia Blue live on TV during the news before a playoff game and was then fired for it, became a radio show host where he had his vasectomy broadcast live during his show, then turned into a local Rush clone before be coming a state senator and then his current position. I am not making any of this up.

Ignorance and a lack of resources is wreaking havoc in this vulnerable area. The Valley is home to one of the largest populations living in poverty.
